Questions from one of the newest newbie?
« on: March 01, 2015, 05:28:00 PM »
Hello everyone, new to site and just downloaded KennyM's PDF files for a longbow.  I appreciate how full of info this site is for any bowyer (not their yet). I originally wanted to build a recurve bow, but got entranced with the build-a-long that Kenny did.  He told me how to find his files on the site (yep, can be a little dopey at times).  I grew up hunting in North Florida as a kid the usual way - rifle, muzzleloader, the bow (compound).  I would like to turkey hunt with a bow.  I have some skills and the needed tools since I make Native American Style flutes.  Kenny said I should contact Jim Thorne about a set of very good recurve plans.  Can you guys get me in contact with him?

Thanks Rascalman (Randy)
