My wife set to reiterating a number of past incidents and concluded that I'm accident prone and I should not be messing around with things that could contribute to any further injuries.
I agreed and promised not to wash any more dishes.

Alrighty!
A couple feather boards and the lam grinding device is functional.
These can be improved upon, I'm sure, but so far they are doing the job.
