Scott - go for it what could go wrong-    :dunno:    As BigJim notes on his videos and I affirm out of my one attempt - leave everything beyond the riser grip full size so you can square up the edge for a smooth realignment in the jig.. I did a little too much shaping on the lower end of the grip and had to do a little shimming to get my limbs perfect. Other than that it was smooth sailing!
