Padauk and osage
« on: August 12, 2016, 09:57:00 AM »
Finished this one for my wife. 38#@26 Learned a lot, if I don't make any of the same mistakes on the next one I'll be much better for it!
First time riser over lay, first time I beam, and first time doing multi wood handle.

Thanks for looking and for all the help.

I didn't have any trouble and I think it smells really good personally. My core lam was red elm so the smell combination that came shaping this riser was pretty satisfying.

Thanks you guys. I haven't figured out what to use on the strike plate yet, probably gonna go with something black and low profile so the red can shine.
