If you want to go on the cheap find a local Farrier they generally don't wear there's out.If he's not a cheap skate he will give them to you.

got and used one from TSC, worked great.
Accuracy kills every time. Everything else is just numbers.

I have one of those farrier's rasp that Clint gave me. It's heavy and sharp and will remove wood(and knuckle skin) off easily.
