D/R Youth Longbow Profile Needed
« on: August 08, 2017, 02:28:00 PM »
I've built a bunch of 48" kid's bows over the years off of a form that just has a little bit of reflex in it.  The riser is straight.  I am wanting to switch to a real mild d/r design for these bows and I'm hoping to avoid the trial and error phase/expense that comes with laying out new designs from scratch - I'll leave that up to men of more capable means and patience such as Kenny M.  Does anyone have a drawing of such a profile they would be willing to share with me or even a template?  The bow doesn't have to be exactly 48" but somewhere around there preferably.  I glue these up with 2" glass and give them away to youth or events all the time.  I've just been too lazy to update my design over the years and feel I am ready to do so now.  Thanks.

Stay sharp, Kenny.
