My First Step to Building a Bow!
« on: January 31, 2018, 07:44:00 PM »
Since my building will take place in the basement, I knew I had to make dust collection a top priority so the past week or so I have been building my shop vac driven dust collector.
I just fired it up for the first time a few minutes ago and it works great!

Regardless of if I do build a bow, I have to start framing and finishing my basement so I can create a room and space to work in. I have all my lumber, doors and drywall sitting down there for the build out and it is definitely eating floor space.

Anyhoo, here are a couple of photos of the new creation. I will probably add some extras like a switch and receptacle outlet, tool and hose caddies.

Well maybe someone can fix the image size? I thought the forum would resize automatically?

I did use imgur, the BBC code option. Should I be using a different option on imgur?

Yep that's what I did the first time. Looks like you're all set to make a shop. Once the shop is complete and you're ready to start your first bow the first thing ya should do is ditch all the power tools. Have fun and good luck. Except the shop vac dust collector.
