Red or green question
« on: March 20, 2011, 01:42:00 PM »
At the bottom of each forum there's a list of names. Some are in red while others are in green.

Please tell me the significance of the colors.

I know this is something I should have already known but it's sure evading me at the momnet.

Thank you!

If there is some place other than here that this question should be asked please pm me and let me know where.

It's driving me nuts...lol Yes, a very short trip. I already know that..lol

God bless,Mudd

do you mean the recent visitor's list?

What is Recent Visitors?
Recent Visitors is a display of users browsing the forums and topics on this board in the past 60 minutes.

I just visited a forum or topic. Why am I not on the list of visitors?
The recent visitors information is only updated every few minutes to reduce server load. As a result, you may not immediately see yourself or others.

Why do I appear in more than one place at once?
Recent Visitors keeps track of the forums and topics you have looked at recently, not where you are at the current moment.

How do I take my name off the list of recent visitors?
You may make yourself invisible to the Recent Visitors list by entering your my profile page, selecting the Update Profile link, and changing your Hide from Recent Visitors feature? preference.

now, as to the colors, those are indicators of members who are currently online within the forum (red/orange) and those who've left (blue/green).
