Custom avatar photo?

Hey all, I see some people with personal photos as their avatar and I would like to do the same, I tried pasting the link I wanted in my profile for the picture of me space but it didnt seem to do anything.  

Here is the pic I would like to use.

any help would be greatly appreciated

Custom Avatars

AVATARS - There are "stock" avatars to select and use. If you wish a custom avatar, click "contact us" at the bottom of any Trad Gang page ... email your properly sized custom avatar (no larger than 100x100) ... send us your avatar image as an attachment, not a link to the image ... avatar images must be in JPG, JPEG or GIF format only! ... AND include your member number. ALL avatars are subject to approval by Trad Gang Admin. AVATAR IMAGES TOPIC
