Thanks Lyle! David's a great guy to work with. You really won't regret his course. This is the first bow I've ever built!
I stained the 'boo with Feibings leather dye. All over with medium brown & then faded black in the center & tips.
She's 66" & I tillered her to draw 66#@32" I actually draw this particular bow to a shade under 31" & I wanted to mke sure there was margin for error. David wasn't 100% sure it could be tillered to draw that far, but after a lot of time flexing it on the tree, it landed just perfectly.
The handle wrap is flat leather thong & the arrow rest is a small antler tip, carved & steamed to conform to the curves of the handle.

Great job on the pig and the bow. I've built a few BBO bows and been thinking of building a Boo backed IPE. After seeing that bow, I know I have to get going on one.
