Got to get the glands out first. Otherwisee, it WILL be inedible. The glands look like little gray balls of tissue. Cut them behind the crease of the legs, and you should see them. Also look under the "armpit".

The first wild game meat that I fell in love with as a child was Bar-B-Q coon!  Granddad was a coon hunter and all the grandkids loved it! Tony, can you send me your recipe?
