New Year's Day Doe
« on: January 12, 2014, 03:39:00 PM »
Took this doe in the evening of the 1st with my Tall Tines recurve and Simmons Tiger Shark.  She didn't go very far as I heard her crash.  First deer ever taken in the month of January for me.

Thanks!

I do Interseptor!  I've taken 2 now with them and both were very pronounced and very short blood trails.

Yep, should be hard to loose one of those arrows. Good shooting with your shark.

Thanks!  I do like those arrows too. At first I was on the fence about the pink Gold Tips, but with the fletching and wraps I like it!  Terry needs to bring those wraps back.  By the way, first success using 4 fletch also.  I think I like it.
