Weekends Are For Hunting Trips

...Or at least that's what I try to sell to my wife       ;)

Packed up and headed back to south GA for the weekend and a great time trudging through the mud. Had 3 good opportunities, and finally after getting too aggressive and blowing a stalk, and shooting right under a big pig due to not picking a spot, I finally was able to put it all together on this public land porker. She was feeding in the cane and failed to notice the stick toting redneck slipping in to under 10 yards. She made it about 50 yards before I heard the great relief of a pig kicking in the cane.

Hunted with some great folks, and the campfires and fellowship was great as always. Hard to beat this stickbow stuff.

Even got to run down and catch a little piglet!

Now the wait to chase overgrown chickens begins!

Great weekend!
