Paid classifieds question

I am thinking that I read that when the transition to the new server was complete that the contribution to access the classified section could be paid at anytime and would run from the date payment was made until the same date the next year. If that is not the case it's no problem at all! Thanks, Mike

it's important to know that trad gang contributing memberships no longer only start and end on november 1st.

using paid subscriptions, your contributing membership ends a full year from its purchase date, which could be ANY day of any month.

paid subscriptions works with paypal, but you do not need to subscribe to paypal and can use your credit card.

no matter what month or day of the year you purchase a trad gang contributing member paid subscription, it will last for a full year.

an email reminder will automatically be sent to you a week before your contributing membership is about to expire.

ALL ABOUT THE "CONTRIBUTING MEMBER 2018" MEMBERGROUP

"Contributing Member 2018" is the membergroup that members who purchased "Contributor 2018" membership before the conversion were assigned, as that was the only method of access prior to the new site, and those memberships and that membergroup will disappear on november 1st, 2018 and never return.  it was/is the only way to make sure that contributing members from the old site had access to the classifieds in the new site.  the conversion of these special members was not 100%, more like 95%, and some stragglers we missed will get updated as they make their presence known.

for some of you 'contributing member 2018' folks, your broadhead title icons have NOT updated from a pair of black broadheads to triple gold broadheads, BUT you will still have classifieds access.  we apologize for that, there was nothing we could do and were at the mercy of the conversion process.

here is a member who is listed as a Contributor 2018 - a label that came over during the conversion.  he does have classifieds access ...

if he wishes to have those icons updated, he can PM or email me and i will update his title and icons, it's that simple ...

THE NEW "CONTRIBUTING MEMBER" MEMBERGOUP

when this new site opened up on day one, there were no "Contributing Member" members because that membergoup can only be had via the new paid subscription service, which is a feature of the new site and something we could not have had in the old site.  those members will have their contributing membership, and classifieds access for a full year, no matter what month or day they sign on.  unlike the old contributing membership that was a total manual process, this one is totally automated without human intervention.
