Sharing backstraps in camp?? Seriously Sam??? I believe that I expressed that I'd eaten all of the Aoudad that you gave me. I figured when you texted the photos that you had shot that one for me
I second Sam's opinion on how Aoudad tastes! He gave me some a while back and the steaks were great! I made up some jerky from it too. I shared the jerky with my buds on a golf outing without telling them what it was made from. They all loved it and ate my entire bag full. Afterwards when I told them it was Aoudad they were incredulous....insisting that it had to have been either venison or beef.
Sam let me shoot his first Galaxy.....and it is a sweet shooter with really good cast! Lancaster and Galaxy should sponsor Sam....he'd get them plenty of exposure
