Pics added - Where can I find this string tubing?

There are some kind of finger protection sleeves on these bowstrings. It looks perfect for sore fingers from shooting a lot. Non-bulky and probably light weight? Is that tubing available somewhere? see link -

The Pine Ridge rubber finger protectors Three Rivers has look like they would do the same thing but just not as "clean" looking and maybe a little too thick and bulky? Does anyone use Pine Ridge finger savers for general shooting? (not bow fishing). I have never tried one. I shoot split finger and often get a sore 3rd finger during the summer when I shoot a lot. I guess I shoot more like a two under with the top finger backed off a bit. (Not asking about other types of gloves and tabs or shooting form)
Sometimes I double serve below the nock and that helps.
Thank you,
Tedd

We sell our glove free rubber finger guards which are slim and not as bulky for bowfishing but for typical trad shooting I would not recommend them as they do tend to contribute alot of torque to the string and cannot get them off your fingers as smoothly as shooting a glove or tab. If you are experiencing pain when shooting need to shoot a more padded glove or tab. Look at the Big shot type gloves with their reinforced finger stalls those work great for heavy bows, thin strings or sensitive fingers. Multi-layered tabs are another option for that type as well.

I suggest you wrap the string with the appropriate width masking tape. Three to five turns should be about right. Lasts surprisingly well and is easy to remove.

They are called No-Gloves. I believe Kustom King sells them. Have not used them for years.

3Rivers has "No-Gloves", good things.
We've had a bunch of special needs kids here in the last few weeks, shooting light weight bows with these fitted. Some of the kids shot so much they got blisters, but there were no complaints.
We have found them great.

These are not "No Gloves". These are a smaller diameter.
I ordered 2 sets. The string maker did not have them listed for sale but a quick email got them on the way. He called the "Slicks". I can only guess that that are flexible and slippery.

They are called "finger slicks" you can find them at some bowfishing supply places.
Bowfishing Extreme and Mud Creek Outdoors to name a couple.

Thanks Mark. Thats it!

Finally a suitable alternative to no glovs. These silicone style finger tabs are awesome for fingers shooting. They are thinner than no glovs so you don't get the roll off your fingers like with no glovs which can distort your shot yet they protect your fingers from the string just as well. They also are extremely durable and will last for years. They are packaged in 3 inch sections so you can decide how you want them. Leave them whole for three fingers under shooting, or cut them for one over and two under shooting. A proprietery formula that took seven tries to perfect, developed specifically for this purpose with a 15 year shelf life. One of the best new bowfishing products to hit the market in years.

Got the slicks. It installs nicely, looks good. But I don't like the feel. Took it off. I'll just double the serving below the nock. (I was using with a glove on, I'm sure they are fine for bow fishing without a glove)

Tedd, I've used the string peep tubing with good results. Much softer feel on the finger and not as big as No Glove.
I also use the same peep tubing as a string dampener in the string grooves by sliding them on the the ends of the string, about a 3" piece takes care of most bows string slap in the recurves.
