Any selfbowyers in the Fairbanks Alaska area?

I helped my nephew build his first osage selfbow several years ago and he's been using it a fair amount.  Since the build, he has moved to the Fairbanks area and he would like to build another one at about 70 pounds.  Is there anyone in Fairbanks who could help mentor him?
