It depends upon what you are shooting with them, but with the 160's I like at least 60# at my draw length, however I'm shooting 67#. That won't sit well with the light draw crowd, but you are throwing a lot of blade area and a 60#+ bow will get you the penetration that you need with the 160gr Snuffer. That being said I have a 55# that I used 140gr Snuffers with and it does very well on the game that I have shot with it. I won't use less than a 140gr and prefer the 160's. I read a thread once with Ryan Rothhaar posting that all Snuffers started out as 160's and were ground to weight, and that he felt as I do that too much metal was removed to reach 125 and 110gr and thus compromised strength and reliability. Bottom line is with a higher weight, large diameter 3 blade, more horsepower is better than less every time
