SWEAT-----VETS
« on: March 27, 2008, 10:12:00 AM »
Well Boys and Girls the rumors are true. We're starting to pull SWEAT 09 together.

However we need the hep of all Sweat-Vets, meaning we need YOUR input and ideas.

There is a 2009 Sweat forum just for that purpose. If you are a Sweat-Vet (past attendee) PLEASE contact....hunt it (Dave Stinson)......Whip (Joe Lasch)......Charlie Lamb (Charlie Lamb) or Iron Bull (Vance Brewer), By PM or E-Male for the Golden Key that will unlock the 2009 experience for you.

It's important that you get involved. We would like to get a date SET as soon as possible and work out other details.......Thanks Brothers and Sisters  :clapper:    :clapper:

For those that don't know about the Texas Sweat hunts, they started 5 years ago and involve a bunch of Trad Gangers gathering somewhere in Texas to hunt.  Hogs, javi's, small game, exotics - all have been part of some of the past hunts, and they have been held during Feb or March.

The hunts have changed and evolved over the years, and the process of evolution will continue.  We're sure hoping to keep the Texas Sweat tradition alive - just not sure exactly what the '09 version will look like yet.

Former participants have generally had first crack at filling openings in future years, and that will likely continue.  But I think there has always been room for newbies as well, and we will be sure to fill you all in when the details are known.   :campfire:    :campfire:
