Weight distribution question

Hey guys, new here but a long time poster over on archery talk. Relatively new to traditional archery as well but I've completely abandoned my compounds and loving it. On to my question. I'm currently shooting 250 grains up front and my arrows tune perfectly (150 grain VPA and 100 grain brass insert). I saw a post on here about the 150 grain glue on centaur broadheads and really like the looks of them. If I shot that head with a 100 grain brass glue on adapter from three rivers would that have an effect on dynamic spine? Assuming everything else with the shaft remains the same, I assume the weight would be distributed slightly more forward. Obviously I'd shoot them and make sure they're flying well but just wanted to know what could be expected.
Thanks in advance for any help

Yes, you may need to tune again if - the shaft will probably act weaker. If it does, you can do a number of things like shortening the shaft slightly to stiffen, building out your bow's side plate, adjusting brace height.
