You should have received an automatic reminder that your subscription was going to expire and on what date. that information comes from the system of the new format that we converted to. This is not manually done by us, it's automatically done by the system and alerts you two weeks before your subscription runs out.
If you didn't get a reminder it's because your system browser has us locked or blocked out. And yes if you just lost access all the sudden then your previous subscription expired.
