Whippenstick Phoenix Help
« on: December 11, 2018, 06:23:23 PM »
Just acquired this bow today and wondering if anyone knows the recommended brace height? The bow is 60" and 49@28 with a flemish twist string. Planning on starting with Axis Trad 500s @29" and 200 up front. I draw just over 26". Deep hooks on this beauty! Thank you in advance.

Seven and one half to seven and three quarters works well on mine. One of the best performing recurves . Got lucky and picked up a pair before Ken stopped building bows.
