The epoxy will be the strongest, but it's pretty much irreversible.  Epoxy will keep the footing in place, keeping the shaft from mushrooming on hard, direct hits.  The footing is likely to slip/be pushed back on the shaft, and thus the shaft will mushroom, with the other two products you mention.

JB Weld is an epoxy, and a good one at that.

I use job weld too. Clean all parts good and I scratch up the shafts with something to give the glue a little grip.

I don't use epoxy :deadhorse: I use big Jim's hot melt glue. You can reverse it (reusing footings & inserts from broken  :archer2: arrows, yes they still break with footings) And you can index your broadheads if you want to by heating :campfire: and turning (the blue hot melt 2)

2 Part 5 min. Epoxy works fine also.

I use golf shaft epoxy. I figured if that stuff can handle the shock of the golf head hitting a golf ball it should be somewhat resilient. But I did learn to clean ALL the components. These days I seem to lose more than break.

Don, like some other epoxies the golf shaft epoxy is not reversible. I tune by cutting the shaft to length with the point weight I want up front. I cut from the back of shaft. I have even installed a wrap to simulate a cap dip.

The instructions said easily removable so you could re-use shaft. Didn't know it was not removable. Don

Maybe a different brand than I use. Removable is a plus, what’s the brand name please, thanks.
