I'm running through Jim Casto's exercise and a question occurred to me. During the aiming process if a small adjustment is needed I can do it two ways. One is to adjust by turning or bending at the hips or the waist. The other is to make the small adjustment by moving the bow arm. I'm talking about small adjustments here that result in moving the bow hand maybe one quarter of an inch +/- which could result in a change of impact point of about 6 or 8 inches at 20 yards.
Moving the bow arm seems to be the easiest way to get this done. What is the right way to do this? Maybe a dumb question but inquiring minds want to know
