DNR prank
« on: March 31, 2008, 02:47:00 PM »
Did anyone see the recent episode of Eastons Bowhunting with Fred Eichler? The warden gave him a ticket for an illeagaly tagged deer. Fred pleaded his case. The warden told him to tell it too the judge and handed him the ticket to sign and a pen. When he went to sign it the shocking pen zapped him.

Hilarious.  :clapper:    :biglaugh:

I did something similar to my boss at work with a trick stapler. You should have seen the look on his face when he got zapped by the stapler! I almost wet my pants when he did it not once but twice! What a dope!

I can only imagine the look on Fred's face when he got zapped. My politically corrert cable company don't give us the channel Easton Bow Hunting airs on.

Recurve50LBS,

Check out the add-on packages that they offer, or ask specifically about the Outdoor Channel. I got mine by adding a Fox Sports package.

Those pens are awesome. I had one for years, until I used it on someone without a sense of humor. After I stopped laughing I had to pick up all the pieces....
I didnt see the show, but I will be looking for it.

Yep that was great. I heard Fred tell a number of stories of pranks he has pulled when he was a speaker at the WTA banquet 2 years ago, so looked like some pretty good pay back. He seems like a fun guy and he took it very well.

The look on his face was the greatest...you know what was going through his head.

Host of a TV show...Speaker at events...guide service...hows this all going to effect things.

It was great.

One small voice of sanity?   I guess I'm getting old... i didn't see any humor there.  Of course, I'll have to admit that i also find that reality tv and contest shows make me embarassed to admit I'm a member of the human race.  After something like this, folks say, "He handled it well..."   What choice did he have, other than embarassement?   Do it to the wrong guy and you'll end up with that pen somewhere you won't like!

If you're familiar with Fred, you'd know her loves a good prank!  He's one of the best at it too    :saywhat:

I think the guide or camera person mentioned something about "payback" and they all chuckled.
