Need administrative help please

I have an arrow specialties tool to paint arrows I want to sell for cheap but am confused as to how to do it here on Trad Gang. I don’t want to have it bid on unless I can set a minimum.
Would someone instruct this old man how its done here? I did recently pay the $35 to be a contributor.
