I got to thinking the other day while sitting in the turkey swamp about the arrows I hunt with. This year's are carbons with orange wraps and barred feathers. I have them covered with a fleece hood while hunting. I hunt mainly public land turkeys which down here means a lot of competition. I started looking through my other arrows at the start of the season and realized that I would not feel safe carrying any of them in the turkey woods. Most are white cap dipped or wrapped and fletched with natural turkey feathers. I decided the orange ones were the safest. What do your turkey arrows look like? Do you worry about the color and feather combinations for safety?
