Neil we have a trad group that shoots at Palo Duro Bowhunters. This summer shoots will be held every 3rd Saturday.
More info at J and C Archery. I have an email list that I use to keep people informed with that shoots in the area. Actually from Amarillo there's a big area to be covered.
We have shooters from all over the area and shoots around also.
Matter of fact J and C is putting on a shoot this coming Sunday in conjunction with PDBH club. March 24th

Also guys, check out TBOT.org for the Traditional Bowhunters of Texas shoot schedule. They're good shoots and don't break the bank to have fun.
Memphis (Rolling Plains Sportsman Club) and Wellington (Sagebrush Archery) I am most familiar with.
Leedy OK good also, contact Mike's Archery in Leedey.

Thanks a lot Rufus. I’d love to get out to those shoots. Can’t make it this Sunday. You want to add me to your email list?

Neil, yup. Be glad to.
I don't know if I'm set up for a PM or not. Hafta figure that out but right now there's two hungry dogs trying to influence my activities,.

It be kinda far for some of us Texas boys to share a whole lotta shoots eh Aglstick.

Amarillo to Beaumont.
654 miles · Light traffic · 10 hr 54 min :wavey

That is a problem for us up here in Amarillo, we're a long way from anywhere. Hard to get people to come all the way up here to shoot.
Hard for us to go way down south too.  :archer2:

Just curious how many of you fellas are from Texas, and if any of you live out my way.  Looking for someone to go stump shooting with from time to time.

Oh one other thing is there and 3D courses around.  I never have even shot one, but would like to

New Braunfels is home! About halfway between Austin and San Antonio... Where are the 3D ranges in central Tx?   I’ve located one in Austin but haven’t visited it.
