Problems using tapatalk
« on: April 09, 2019, 07:45:51 PM »
I seem to be having problems opening our forum using tapatalk, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this also?

TSP tapatalk is an app that allows you to access all your forums, it’s great when it’s working. This the first time I have ever had problems.

I gave up trying to use it a long time ago.

tapatalk has changed their code.

we have complied with their change request and the now their code doesn't work on trad gang.

we have a trouble ticket in for their support group.

please note that tapatalk has never been a friendly app to install and maintain.

however, when it works, it works well and is a blessing for smartphone users.

why they (tapatalk) make it so difficult is beyond our comprehension.

i hope to hear from them soon, but they have never responded in a timely manner to support tickets in the past.

Thanks Rob. I am sorry I had this post in the wrong area.
I hope you hear from tappatalk, I loved the simplicity of using it.

the tapatalk people are not particularly responsive, nor is their method of app deployment intuitive.

I  fooled around with tappa talk but I never figured it out.... But I really don't have a problem with my android at all so I never use it.
