Bezels and Washers
« on: July 17, 2019, 12:39:11 PM »
Ok Binghams has them for $10 a pair. Anybody know of any place cheaper? Used to get them half that price and the maker retired.

I have searched too.  I think they are called countersunk washers but haven't found the correct size yet.  I'll be watching and hoping.

I guess big toilet washers won't work? :)

Those "bezels" look a lot like female spherical washers. Pretty common and cheap.

82 degrees countersunk hole
the only ones out there are for Archery T/D.
Not easy to find the guy that makes them for small quantities, and you need the plastic cushion too.

I have a 5/16s counter sink tool and have a couple from phenolic A real PIA. but they would work. You could use brass toilet washers with button head bolts

Not hard to find 120deg countersunk machine screws.
I don't make take-downs, but I do like having options.
