I think it costs like a thousand dollars or something, really not worth it, only small spikes and cull bucks left at the base.   :bigsmyl:

How am I supposed to ever draw again if everybody keeps putting in?  It's a great time and a chance at a nice buck.  Hopefully, this will be my year.  I just need to figure out which bow I need to take.

I drew the 1st hunt last year and it was really tough! 90's, windy and the ticks were traveling in heards! I'm going to put in for one of the later hunts.

I am not sure if there are fees other than license at McAlister but OK non res is about $204 plus a heritage stamp fpr $5. Not bad.

According to the regulations,  you can apply for controlled hunts with only a 5 day non-resident hunting license, which costs 42.50.  This license is not legal to hunt big game, but it will make you legal to apply for the hunts.

This license fee in not refundable if you don't draw, and you will still have to buy the non-resident deer tags, etc. if you do draw.
Well, who'da thunk it!
