Do it all the time on our land. Have pictures of them walking thru the gate with posted signs on the gate and trees either side of the gate. Can plainly see guns in their hands. I have a game camera there and I have started posting their laminated pictures on a plywood board that I mounted on the gate. I have also made friends with the local Game Warden who asked if I would be willing to press charges if they were caught. After buying land to hunt and paying property taxes and annual upkeep of the land I have had enough. I have told our neighbors that they are welcome to come on our land anytime to retrieve a wounded deer but that does not pertain to blatant trespassers who know better.
