So sad to hear this.  I liked Tred.  Really liked his shows, both his tuna fishing and bowhunting shows.  Loved his fisherman's handshake. RIP Tred.

Really enjoyed Tred as well. Unfortunately never got the chance to meet him but really seemed like a stand up guy. Prayers for the family

This is sad to read about. I really enjoyed watching his shows he was very entertaining. May he Rest in peace and prayers of comfort for his family.

Sorry to hear this. Probably 10-12 years ago, I ran into Tred and his buddy, (Dan, I think) at a Bass Pro Shop in Denver where he was speaking. He stopped and took time to talk to my kids and me for several minutes, even though he was quickly walking through the store to get to the lecture area. He seemed very genuine, authentic, and kind. RIP, Tred.
