Latest TB magazine
« on: August 21, 2019, 06:41:34 PM »
Just arrived this afternoon. As typical loaded with great articles to get me pumped up for fall.
However a photo on page 30 struck me as odd looking. Initially I could n't exactly put my finger on it.
Initially I was noticing the bow was canted the wrong way for a lefty. Also the arrow wasn't falling off. Seriously...this guy is holding a left hand bow right handed style and the arrow is between the quiver and the bow and well I'm glad I don't suffer from target panic cuz that would would really screw me up.

It’s Joel Turner, and he’s shooting with a thumb ring.

Joel can shoot. In some videos he shoots off the left side of the bow also with a thumb ring.

Don't think I'll be trying to imitate his style anytime soon.
But thanks for the clarification.

That’s just one way he shoots. He has a few different ways of shooting. He is a machine, a little hard for me listen too for a very long time. Information overload, but he’s is one of the most knowledgeable people on shooting.
