Turkey hunting in Maryland
« on: August 27, 2019, 02:40:58 PM »
Hi y’all. I recently went to Nixa Missouri and customized my BlackWidow custom PLX longbow. It’s made of Osage and cocobolo wood, and it has my name engraved along with a turkey and bear engraving. I’ve been saving for this bow and dreaming about this bow for years. It’s the longbow of my dreams!

It’s expected to arrive in early October and I’m going whitetail hunting with my pal Leo in November and I’m hoping to get a big buck. My friend grant asked me today if I would help him find a good location that we could go turkey hunting this spring. He’ll be using a shogun and I will be using my longbow! I’m sorry for the long explanation but I’m wondering where the best locations to turkey hunt in Maryland would be!

Much thanks,
Evan C.

Welcome to the Gang!
Where in MD are you? I've beat up Public Ground on both sides of the bay, and might be able to point you in the right direction.
