bowgrip or smooth on
« on: April 08, 2008, 11:50:00 AM »
Anyone have any experience with bowgrip?
I've read a lot about smoothon, so I know it is good.
I've been using Urac, but want to move to an epoxy.
Going to build a heat box and give it a try.

Had bad luck with bowgrip. It's supposed to be made by the same co as smoothon and is the same glue without a thickener. Think because it is so thin it made a starved glue joint.
But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])
