Bolt-on equivalent to Cavalier Champion II rest?

David Soza recommended a Cavalier Champion II stick-on magnetic rest to use with his shorty plunger on DAS Dalaa and Master Hunter 17-inch risers. He though it might also be usable as bolt-on, but I pretty sure this is inaccurate. What is a bolt-on equivalent to Cavalier Champion II rest?
