I had one before they were called PSR. Mine was a 60” SBS( short black stick)!! It was 44#@29” and shot like a dream. Me thinking I know it all sold it back to the guy I bought it from........ that was a big mistake! Not the fastest but shot where you looked and was whisper silent.

sounds pretty good! especially the quiet part,,, are you guys liking the standard grips or the toby grip? I'm thinking standard because sometimes in my experience that palm swell option isn't in the perfect spot for my particular hand.

I have the Toby grip on both..... I have large hands and it more comfortable for me.

I've owned a few in my past and the last one was a PSRII takedown. Sure wish I still had it. Great shooting bows...Not the fastest out there but very stable and hit where you look.

I have a 60” model even though I only have a 27” draw. I really like it. I shoot it better than other bows I have owned, including my Widow PL.

I had a PSR 57# @28 60". Loved how it shot, the only reason I got rid of it was the poundage. Needed to give my shoulders a brake. Liked it better then my PLs I've had.

thanks for posts,,,, someone said they aren't the fastest? not that speed is the winner with me because its not sound is,, but figured BW's limb design with the lower brace found on the traditional style risers would seem even quicker than the recurves.

I have a 58" PSR 47#@28" but shoot a 29.5/30" draw. GREAT BOW!!! Not a fan of the "Toby" grip but whatever floats your boat there. Great shooting bow, can't go wrong IMO.

I think you would be harder pressed to find a poor opinion of them. Just keep an eye out for a used one. Seems like few and far between.

I have a 64in PLX great shooter quick and quiet also have Toby grip cause I have big hands. The PSR I shot didn't care for wasn't very smooth and loud but that could've just been a bad one. I shot it at cloverdale wasn't impressed.

I think the PSR is my favorite Widow even above the longbows. I believe it is one of the fastest if not the fastest model. I like the 60" with standard grip best for my style.
My wife says the PSR is her favorite also.
