bow making classes?

Are there going to be any bowmaking classes this summer?, if so, where?

John Strunk is going to lead a bow making class June 24-27 in Hot Springs South Dakota just before the North American Longbow Safarii June 28-29 also in Hot Springs.  It usually fills up.  You can contact him at 5513 Third St. Tillamook OR. 97141.

Ian   The L.T.B. has a primitive weekend of bow making and other intresting activities including a shoot.A few of the members stay longer to help out  the Boy Scouts work on their merit badges.It is held at Mountain Bayou Scout camp near Ville Platte.The dates are on the L.T. I am pretty sure everyone brings their on supplies and everyone chips in to help anyone that needs help.Some of the gear could be shared if you don't have a tree or bench.Did you check out the web site.Kip

Same problem I've run into Ian.  Unfortunately I haven't come across any osage in the swamps around here.  I was going to order one from someone and plan on attending the LTB Primitive event for help getting started.

I have a stave, but my dad needs one, I never completed the stave because I needed help, now I've got some coming in june, I also might go learn how to build glass bows with Brent Rudolf this summer also if my dad says yes
