Not sure where this should go, so Moderators, place this where it needs to be.

Due to the world wide COVID 19 pandemic, NYB, Inc. has cancelled this year's Annual Banquet.  It was to be held at the Sunny Hill Golf Resort in Greene County on the weekend of May 2nd.

The Officers and Board of Directors agonized over this decision, but we are concerned for the safety and welfare of our members.  We would also be in violation of hosting a gathering.

Our Home Office will sending refunds for dinner/can raffle tickets previously purchased, and Sunny Hill will be doing the same.

We have extended the drawing date of the Raffle.  This is primarily due to the fact that many members purchase extra tickets at the Banquet.

Every member will be getting a letter in the mail explaining in detail why we cancelled, as well as other temporary changes that will be going on within NYB, Inc.

Please be safe and vigilant.  Living in the Hot Zone of NYC/Long Island is not fun, having to watch loved ones become ill, and being helpless to comfort them adds to the crisis.

The BOD has decided to extend the drawing date for the Raffle until May 16th, 2020.  This is to allow members who usually purchased their tickets at the Banquet an opportunity to do so over the phone.  Please call the office if you wish to purchase tickets.  585-229-7468.  Stay safe and stay vigilant.
