Seeking Advice (at my own risk) - Repair it or Hang it?

I'm seeking advice on whether to repair my old bow or just hang it up.  It's a 1970s Browning Cobra 50" -- kind of a Bear Kodiak Magnum knock-off.  It says 47# @ 28" but it pulls closer to 40#.  I love the short bow as I can sit on the ground & still make a shot without hitting my bottom limb.

I noticed a crack on the bottom limb yesterday.  It's almost dead center on the limb -- halfway across the limb width & about 9" down from the grip.  A slight "tick" early in the draw tipped me off to it.  Can these things be repaired?  Is it worth repairing?  Or is it just wearing out and need to be hung up permanently?

I had set aside some cash for a pig hunt this year but this COVID madness might prevent that from happening this year (CA).  So I could use the funds for a new bow...

Sounds like a good excuse for a new short bow. Toelke makes a good one. Though there are plenty of others I'm sure.

Is the crack vertical, i.e. parallel to the limb edge? If so I'd imagine it won't blow up on you. As for the repair question, I'll leave that to the experts.

It is a good excuse...  But I like to put rational decisions on the table, even if I just decide to sweep them off in the end.

There are 3 parallel cracks very close together -- about 1/8" apart.  There are also some H-formations between them so they're all kind of linked together.

I'll check out the Toelke bows.
