It's quite easy to do. I believe 3-Rivers sells tip overlay material. Will likely be difficult to match what you already have so may need to remove the other tip and replace both of them if you want them to match. If you do that, can use wood, fiberglass, micarta, bone, antler, etc. Might be able to find some of that stuff at a local craft store.
Tape off the area you don't want glue on, sand the tip lightly with about 80 grit paper on a sanding block so you sand it evenly, then epoxy the tip overlay in place. Shape with a file and sand paper when it's cured.
