Although I’m fairly young (48) I’ve mangled my hands from years of wrestling/ judo and juijitsu.. my hands got so bad that I couldn’t tie my flies on while fishing..I saw great improvement with dietary changes( anti-inflammatory diet)turmeric, fish oil and CBD along with mobility excersizes aimed at the whole body..if my hands were going south, the back knees and shoulders are right behind them.. Books by kelly starett really cut down on the learning curve.. hope everything works out for you
