Bare shafting/FOC question

Currently shooting 48@28" longbow - 30" GT 3555, 175 grain head, 15 grain inserts, 5" feathers, w/ 2grain per inch weight tubes - total weight about 490 grains and FOC 16%.
As recommend I removed the weight tubes and added 90grains weights to the inserts.
When shooting the bare shafts are level about one inch to the right of my arrows. From what I under stand that is good, right??
My understanding is I don't need to be concerned w/ the flight of the bare shaft, is that right? Just prior to the bare shaft hitting the target the bare shaft nock kicks way left almost sideways but the bare shaft lands to the right of my arrows. Should I be concerned with the flight of the bare shaft??
I have 54lb limbs on order seems like the 3555 spine will be to weak for the new limbs??

At what distance are you shooting your bare and fletched shafts from? Right or left handed?

According to O L Adcock's method you need to only be concerned about the impact point not the direction of nock. I prefer about 1-2" weak (right for a right hander) from 25 yards, at 15-20 they impact the same for me.

I bet you raised your foc a bunch by increasing point weight and decreasing shaft weight as well as adding 30 gr to your setup.

You might be underspined. I shoot a 47# @ 28 recurve with GT 5575 29.5' long. I shoot 200 gr pionts with the standard GT insert and mine bare shaft perfect. Try some lighter points and see what happens. Mine fly straight and will group with the fletched arrows out to 30 yards.

I'm right handed shooting at 20 yards.

I thinking of buying GT 5575 to see with front weight added if they'll bare shaft ok.

You can also stiffen them by cutting them down a little bit at a time.  You have an inch for sure to work with.

I tune my bareshafts so they fly as straight as a fletched arrow.
If your bareshaft is sideways and nock left at impact, it sounds like you may be way under spined. You can increase the spine by reducing the shaft length, decrease front weight or increase tail weight, or any combination of the above.
A clean release and is Very critical when bareshaft tuning. If you pluck the string a bareshaft will do some strange things like fly sideways nock left.
