Anniversary of Damon Howatt passing in 1965
« on: February 20, 2024, 10:07:26 AM »
Today is the anniversary of Damon Howatt passing one week after a car accident in 1965.  He was a true visionary and force in the archery industry.  Many Howatt bows have been carried into the woods and taken many animals.  My favorite the Damon Howatt Hunter.

He was a visionary when it came to design and performance. His graphics looked great, most were absolutely beautiful, but it crazy trying to decipher the age of his bows. I still look for a Hunter, Diablo, Super Diablo, and Mamba in good condition. I would be happy with one.
