First is a 1095/15n20 damascus bird and trout knife with stabilized maple handle:
Second is a another layer damascus (lower layer count) skinning knife with stabilized oak and resin handle:
Lastly a stainless steel san mai (416 stainless with a 1095 core) skinner with a stabilized cherry handle - think I'm keeping this one myself.

All are beautiful but the bird and trout knife is my favorite, great job!
