I didn’t leave the bows, I moved from there in 2014, three years before my brother shipped the bows.

Walt, yes I see now! Glad you got them back! I would be willing to bet that your neighbor pays his taxes and pushes his shopping cart in the cart holder at the grocery store. It all goes together in this day in age!
