Is it common for takedown bow limbs to develop lines in the glass near the bolt hole ?

Are you talking underside of the limb?  If so, I wouldn't say it's common, but not rare either.  It's caused by the wood and glass expanding and contracting differentially due to temp/moisture changes, which is exacerbated with particularly tight fits.  You can stop it by chamfering the holes in the limbs (relieving/countersinking the glass just a little) and seeping a little super glue into the cracks that have already developed.

Also, seal the bolt and pin holes well, if the wedge picks up moisture it swells and glass doesn't change with moisture...
Stay sharp, Kenny.

Yep on the underside of the limb, I don't feel any separation, thank you for the reply
