You still gonna get better results with the drum end get it turned flat except an inch on each end make your jigs tall enough to be on the flats. Square your table with shim stock and it ain't changing or move when you put on different belts. Kinda the idea of doing it in the first place no more fitting as you go.  :deadhorse:
