Memory Jerker & Turkeys for Tomorrow

 This was the start of my morning, before gathering up my hunting equipment....

Every time I brew brew this coffee up from Backwoods Grind I get jerked back into the ranch East of Laredo for the Tusk Round  Up in January this year.

This High Noon roast is the best coffee I've had.  It was also the most favorite brew in camp amongst 3 others from Backwoods Grind. The three other roasts were also good,  but High Noon won out unanimously hands down.

This roast is so smooth that I use drip grind in my fresh press, which is my favorite method of brewing.  It doesn’t filter anything else,  most importantly the oils .

I was in camp with some guys last year, and one guy brought High Noon with him to share.  Said he saw a javie hunt with a daily review of several blends on Tradgang, and High Noon was was voted #1 by all. I said "wasn't that whole thread just great" and of course he replied yes.

Well, I kept mentioning I need to buy some to my wife, and I ended up getting some for my birthday. I think she must had someone to buy it for her because she doesn't have a clue about computers or the internet.
